i would take it easy for a while, and then head back into exercise, and remember pain not only lets you know that you are alive as a drill instructor used to tell us, but in some cases it lets you know something is wrong, so remember that when you exercise. and ice and use ibuprofen, and tylenol.

i didn't even pay attention that there was a pumpkin shortage, lol, I'm glad i have fresh pumpkin froze from last years pumpkins maybe i should pull them out of the freezer and try the pumpkin oatmeal. cool idea.

my thoughts and prayers will be with you, I slipped on ice in 09 and spent 4 months in bed. you really have to watch what you eat. i found i thought i was hungry even when i was not and had to drink more water, but didnt want too because it was painful getting up. good luck i hope all goes well.

have you had your thyroid checked, I was walking each of our dogs for 40 mins, we have two,and going to the gym with my husband plus walking all over college campus and still gaining weight. i went to my doctor in tears and said whats up? i was also watching what i ate. come to find out my thyroid was messed up.
