You will lose weight no matter what you eat, losing weight is a simple equation of calories in - calories out. Eating clean will make you be more alert, have more energy, sleep better, wake better, be more healthy overall, have better skin, better digestion, and basically make you LOOK and FEEL AMAZING.

As a small snack I eat it with cherry tomatoes. I only eat a 1/2 cup or so at a time, otherwise I don't like it. I am also known to just take one bite out of the container when I get home from work or before bed - basically whenever I feel hungry and need a little something something to tide me over.

I don't buy that either. Eat when you are hungry. Listen to your body, it will tell you when it needs nourishment. Eat small meals throughout the day in order to keep your metabolism going.

I am so sorry. The best thing you can do for yourself is put some distance and separation in your relationship with her. I had to do this myself several years ago and my Mom and I have a much better relationship now. Good luck!

I don't think it costs more to eat healthy unless you are buying organic. Sometimes organic is more expensive. Where are you shopping? You can get fresh veggies and fruits for dirt cheap.
