For me its any kind of ice cream, I went along time with out it in my house and I broke down and bought a jumbo box of skinny cow ice cream sandwiches andI regret it big time.. No more sweets in the house after next week!!

Wow everyone has some great ideas and tips. I really need to watch what types of foods I eat and choose more healthy and more filling options. So here is to all of us loosing 15 lbs and feeling better about ourselves :)

I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago and started it April 30. I am only doing 1 of the workouts a day, but I am planning on doing 2 a day starting next week.. I can not wait to see the outcome of it. I do know that it will take more than the 60 days to do what I would like!! Good Luck to you all, and lets keep eachother posted…
