I think I burned something like 225 for Cardio, 200 for Speed 1.0, 150 for Total Body Circuit, 100 for Ab Intervals, and 200 for Lower Body Focus. I've (semi) successfully made it through 4 days of workouts so far. Some of the moves are so hardcore that I've broken out into fits of laughter at the mere attempt to do them. Like others have said, though, it just came out roughly two weeks ago, so look for the first success stories in another 10-12 weeks.

Your knees never have to leave the ground. Tanya does a great job with that. I'm doing the modified probably 95% of the time and it's still a GREAT workout.

I'm losing 1/2 to 1 lb/wk. On days I don't exercise and play video games all day, I aim for ~1600-1700 calories. On days I cook, run errands, and work out, I eat up to 1900 calories. I'm doing Chalean lifting, but Turbo Jam cardio. I've been doing TJ for a month now and CE for almost 3 weeks. I figure I'll hybrid with TF when I do a second round of CE. However, I've been sedentary all my life, so TJ still kills me!
