Hi Everyone! today is week 3 day 4 for me. I'm loving it but definitely need the support of a group to keep me motivated for the length of this program! l look forward to reading everyone's progress and seeing pictures when we all graduate! :)

This is Week 3, Day 4 for me, and I can report that I'm just as sore, but it feels great! the next couple of workouts are much more challenging in my opinion, i'm dying to see how the next two are! Keep me posted on your progress! :)

PS- no i did not do the kickstart week. But, I've been doubling up on workouts on some days. I will do what is required plus a cardio disc, Like JM Fat Blast. I was getting kind of tired of Cardio 1. :)

Hi there! Looks like it's just me and you! How are you liking JMBR? This is my 3rd week and workouts 3 and 4 are way harder! (but awesome!) The thing is, i am gaining weight. :/ (ugh!) What is your experience so far?? I'm dying to go through this with someone! glad you're here!

I have a heart rate monitor - do you think it's off? I did two workouts, tae bo and cardio 2 from jillian michaels body revolution. i totaled about 567, not quite 600.

Yesterday I burned almost 600 calories. Breakfast - was two slices bacon and one egg, Lunch - chicken breast and salad, Dinner - more chicken and tomato salad. I don't burn 600 calories a day, most days it's just about 400. I dont know why i'm so fixated on the scale, I feel very strong, but the other issue is, none of my…

I'm not doing insanity (well, i pepper in the cardio discs) anymore but I am doing Jillian Michaels body revolution, and am having the same results. I am gaining weight. :/ I know that you need to build muscle before you can lose the fat, but its still discouraging. I am on day 9. Feel great, just frustrated.

I just purchased "exhale/Core Fusion®" 30 day sculpt. It is a lot of pilates/yogalates movements with 3 or 5 pound weights, I feel like I need some weight traning... It got rave reviews, I will let you know how it is if you'd like..

This is exactly how I feel! I feel like clothes that once fit me, no longer fit. :sad: I will not jump on the scale until the first month is over. I feel like I haven't really stuck through any workout program, so i'm trying to give this a solid shot and doing it by the book. Good luck to you all!
