I know what you mean. I'm at work right now and starving. There is a chocolate milk in the fridge calling my name (and by no stretch is the healthy kind), but I refuse to drink it. Guess I'll just fill up my water bottle again. And get some exercise on the six trips to the bathroom it will give me. :laugh:

I wonder if there's a way to find out how many calories you burn while doing Jumping Jacks. I like to do them as a part of my work-out (they seem to work everything), but when I go to log my exercises for the day they're not in there. :grumble:

I would assume the best time to measure yourself is the same time it's best to weigh yourself. First thing in the morning before you've eaten.

I like to make my own at home with my food processor. It's pretty easy. I just soak the chickpeas and then throw them in with some olive oil, tahini paste, lemon juice and garlic. Makes for a healthy snack.
