I recently learned that my BMR was just about 1700 calories!! I am also pretty new to this tracking stuff and am finding out that I tend to be much lower than this... hence me NOT losing weight, despite my efforts of going to the gym!! Any suggestions on how to up the calories without feeling miserably full?

The resting metabolic rate, which showed I needed to eat something like 1720 calories just to sustain normal function, without going into starvation mode.
