I commend you for sticking with it!! That says a lot and should show you that you can do it.

I probably run at least 9 miles a week, sometimes more it just depends on my schedule. I run MWF anywhere from 30-60 minutes. I try to run at least 3 miles each time but depending on time I have available it could be a little less or a mile more.

Down to a size 10 in pants. Started as a 18/20. I'm officially a size Medium but I was able to fit in a size S dress at American Eagle!

I use them A LOT. They are what helped me stay positive the first few months I left my abusive relationship. I needed to tell myself I was worthy of something better because for the last 4 years I had been told different. I have used them through my health journey as well because they keep me focused on my goals. I would…

I am so unsure about a "goal" weight. Right now I just want to get to a healthy BMI. I've always been overweight and right now I'm at my lowest weight ever. However, I get so confused about my body sometimes. Lol I am in a size Medium now and when I look in the mirror I'm like "how can I wear such a small size when I still…

I eat a lot of chocolate. Lol I choose chocolate protein bars, chocolate covered almonds and I still eat my Hershey chocolate too. Just fit it into my calories.

No journey is static. There will be obstacles, ebbs and flows. Times that are easier and moments where it's harder. When I get to those hard moments I remind myself where I started, how far I've come, and where I want to be. That motivates me to push forward. I don't beat myself up for going over my calories, I didn't make…

This group has kind of slowed so I just wanted to take a minute to commend the people who haven't given up and have stuck with the program! It's not easy but the rewards are amazing!

Most of the time it's planned where we are eating so I browse the menu online and log the meal into MFP and build my day around it or just ensure I eat lighter for the other 2 meals.

I was prescribed it for my headaches and when I took it I felt like I was drunk. That was even at a very small dose.

The realization that my son is special needs, quite possibly on the Autism spectrum (we're in the process of getting evaluation done). This made me realize that both my kids really need a healthy mom to advocate for them and keep up with them. Also I was having issues with my stomach that made eating anything miserable.

I eat within my calorie allotment and I exercise at least 5 days a week. I do eat back my exercise calories.

I am 5'1 and I eat at 1750 on the days I do not exercise. On the days I exercise that can range from 1900 to 2,000. I do not count my steps ONLY the time I deliberately am exercising. However, I do think my activity level is higher. I set it to lightly active but I might be more active than that. Any time you make any…

My son's teacher said I looked like I'd lost some weight today when I went to his Valentines day party!

I'm 5'1 and I am able to eat a pretty good amount. You just have to increase activity which I find kinda comes naturally now. I WANT to do more. ETA I've lost 62 pounds in the last 7.5 months.

After being a few months into my journey I realized that I needed counseling to remain successful. A lot of issues came bubbling to the surface since I was no longer eating my emotions. Have you thought about counseling? I see mine once every 2 weeks.
