This was me until I started becoming more active and lost weight. There seems to be less stress on my lungs.

I always make sure to bring my inhaler and I take 2 puffs before exercise. I'm hoping I can still run in the cold, guess we'll see!

I would really like to keep running my 4.2 miles three times a week all of December but I guess that will largely depend on weather. Indoor is not an option from 12/22-12/31 because my gym will be closed (I go on campus). This is my first winter as a runner so we'll see how it goes! 12/1 - 4.2 miles Goal: 40 miles

I started at the campus gym for the first time ever in August. I do the elliptical and weight machines but I am thinking about taking advantage of getting a trainer for the new year to focus on strength training. My gym is pretty chill, I've never felt intimidated even though I usually one of the bigger girls there.

How cold does it get where you live? I'm in MO so our weather is weird. Lol but I have noticed that the cold wind doesn't bother me as much as it used to.

I bought a size 13 jeans that I can fit into without a muffin top! Probably close to a month ago I tried on a 13 and still had a muffin top although I could get them buttoned. I'm so excited seeing as I started somewhere between a size 18-20 five months ago.

I have no complaints at my gym thankfully. Although people might get annoyed at me when I laugh while watching my Netflix when I'm on the elliptical. For the most part there's not too many people there when I go.

I was getting physically I'll after every meal I ate. I felt like I was never full even when I stuffed myself. Now that I changed my diet and I have started becoming active I don't have that happen anymore.
