How about a slow cooker 2 ingredient dish? Boneless skinless breasts (4-6) jar of salsa (any flavor you like mild med or hot) - spray the bottom of your crock pot to coat the dish lay chicken down across the bottom of the crockpot pour salsa on top cook 6-8 hr on low; when it's done use 2 forks to pull the chicken apart…

Yes to these and the others that said MS would not be deleting anything... the only thing I can thing of that could POSSIBLY be the issue is that your internal IT folks are preparing to upgrade your office to Windows 7 to protect their data and therefore they MAY be turning off services to upgrade them to be compatible…

I'm not an expert and I'm not sure of the facts on sugar ... but I do know salt will make you retain water like crazy.... if a food has natural salts I'm pretty sure that's ok ... but to use salt as a spice or drinking coke / pepsi type drinks will cause water retention good luck on your journey!!

Maybe it's just the type of men I've gotten those looks from ...but usually I get the Creepy McStalker vibe and instantly want to RUN LOL

MFP gives you the 1200 but in reality for me anyway I found that closer to 1400 is what works .... basically try it for a month (or more) and see if you get results if not adjust your calories and exercise and try it another month or so ... find your balance and good luck!

^ This :flowerforyou: and you may want to check with your doctor about the feelings of depression there are many treatments available for depression (mild and moderate to severe) Good luck to you!

I have a friend who wanted me to try this with her... I read about it online and keep hearing about it... I'd like to know more.... what is it supposed to do? I know its 3 cycles of 17 days right? But does it have a specific meal plan? Exercise? I guess I just want to understand what is it and why is good or bad?

At my gym the trainers / staff will show you how to use any equipment at no charge. Afterall they don't want you getting hurt while you're there even though they made you sign a liability waiver.... still brings bad press if they let someone get hurt... just ask one of the staff at your gym to run through the weights and…

While not able to confirm definitively based on the nutrition label I would say yes it includes the juice... since it says in juice: "There are 80 calories in a 1 container serving of Dole Mixed Fruit Cup in 100% Fruit Juice. Calorie breakdown: 0% fat, 100% carbs, 0% protein." Just a guess on my part though... good…

Ask for a week / day pass to try it out to see if you like it.... you could also ask them to waive the enrollment fee so then it would only be your monthly fee due to join ... sorry that's all I can think of - good luck!!!

In my opinion (and I'm no expert by any means) but I would have to say if your goal is 200 straight days of working out with no rest days it could be unrealistic as you may get burned out. I try to take at least 1 rest day per week if not 2... the no junk and eat clean for 200 days totally do-able ... again only my opinion…

This is a really great idea!! And most likely doable since it splits the workouts up during the day / evening!!!:flowerforyou:

THIS and I'll add I was very nervous that I was the fattest one in my spin classes but there are a handful of "regulars" that go and they have been the sweetest most supportive bunch! They keep me coming back they helped me figure out the settings on the bike and the end of every class they tell me what a great job I did…
