I just started Insanity as well, just finished Day 4. So far I have not stuck 100% to the exact meal plan, but have been trying to stick with the same 40/40/20 rule. Felt very sore after yesterday, but better today. :) Hope to stick to it - Good Luck! Feel free to message me if you wanna chat about it anymore!

^This. A good piece of advice, that sometimes going out to eat when out of town multiple times a day is probably going to throw your calorie count off that day. The important thing is to not let days like that pile up. My advice would be similar, to plan as much as you can. I try and pack food in coolers and snack bags to…

Just from a quick glance at your diary...looks like you could use some more fruits an veggies in your day for snacks. Maybe look into some ways to sneak those in, they will definitely help fill you up without hurting your daily calories!
