I like to add cocoa powder or cinnamon and a little honey. Just last night I mixed it with grated parmesan, seasoning salt, and garlic powder and spread it over chicken breasts before I baked them. Delicious!

I have fibro as well, and I definitely feel better when I exercise. I walk, ride my bicycle, do yoga and pilates, and do some strength training all at home. I find that if I exericse at home, I can more easily modify the impact of exercises. Movement and exercise definitely seem to help me though.

I'm the same height as you, and I'm trying to hit 150. As I get closer to my goal I may reevaluate and set it higher, but I don't think I'll set my goal any lower.

I love this idea! I've also heard of subbing broccoli slaw veggie mix for the noddles (you put it in a pan with a bit of water and simmer until water is gone and slaw mix is soft). Now I'll have to try both!

Thank you very much everyone! I wasn't expecting instant relief, but I thought it would have atleast improved. I did go get some better shoes, so that when I am able to work back up to exercise, I will have more support. It certainly wasn't a gradual thing, this pain came on very suddenly. I was told by the doctor after I…

I shop at Aldi all the time, and don't have a problem with their produce. I've found that on the rare occassion that I do have an issue, it was because of the way I was storing it or cleaning it. Once I changed my methods, I haven't had a problem.

Love them! I put them in my morning protein drink, make a chia seed pudding with them, and I've put them in greek yogurt as well. Good fiber and filling!

My husband got me to try mushrooms by coating them in cornbread batter (he added a little more liquid to the batter than the directions on the package say to) and pan frying them in a little oil. Maybe not healthy, but sooo good!

Mine was a rice side dish, on eof the cheap packets you can get at the store. 1 serving for 270 calories! And pasta was another! It's so easy to eat way more than 1 portion of those things without even thinking about it.
