Felt like a slacker since I didn't work out yesterday, but I'm back at it today! Level 1, Day 5!!! Used 5 lb weights for everything except for the 2nd set of lunges w/ raises. Didn't work-out today, but did 30DS yesterday AND 90 minute Bikram yoga class. I'll be back at it tomorrow!

Completed my first day yesterday - Level 1 Day 1. I thought maybe I could get up early this morning and do day 2, but I don't think I'm much of a morning person lol. A little sore today, but not bad. I'll being doing day 2 later work today!
