  • When I was at Well Fit, the same thing happened real fast. Michael switched me to squats with weights and the big butt stick out. He told me to do them with a chair or bench if necessary to make sure of my form. It made all the difference.
  • Some years ago I had the same problem. My husband (who used to lift a lot) took me out and bought gloves for me and it solved the problem!
  • For years no one told me how to take my thyroid meds either and all was well. Then when I began following the "package directions" I had fluctuations, etc. Calcium interferes with it, etc. My current doctor tells me to take it at bedtime on an empty stomach. He says time of dosing is less important than the empty stomach.
  • Your stomach doesn't know what time it is...You don't have to eat breakfast food. But try an omelet with low-fat swiss and a little peach salsa. Puree some raspberries and pour them over cottage cheese. Put some fresh or grilled peach in your oatmeal and top with a dollop of yogurt. Have a cup of chili. It's dinnertime…
