what is calorie shifting?? never heard of it.
-
that figures! it is better to not eat out anyway (was real hard for me at first) you never know what you are getting and who's cooking it (how clean are they???) where they get the products from, or how it is prepared....butter, oil......gross gross gross!

i see you said your aunt and mom took it and lost 30 pounds in 4 weeks (or something close to that) .....well if you eat right, log your calories, and exercise, you can expect to lose about 2 pounds a week (the right way) and that would be 32 pounds lost in the same amount of time....do it the healthy way and you will…

i remember that feeling.....but you can do this, i promise! it will get better real soon. are you exercising because that gives you more calories you can eat. but right now, eat some veggies or a few nuts or an apple, things that are good for you and will fill you up till dinner. by next week you wont be feeling hungary…

don't go empty handed, bring a salad or a veggie tray, and that way you can make sure your healthy lifestyle is taken care of. if someone asks tell them what you are comfortable telling them, they will understand and hopefully respect that!

i sent you a friend request....welcome aboard!

sea salt, pepper and if you like ( I do ) garlic salt sprinkeled on top. you can bake it in a pyrex or roaster pan, or you can put it in a cooking bag ( very juicy ) that way. very good stuff!

I do not think you are crazy at all, I think it's AWESOME! keep up the good work, and be PROUD!
-
just making that change alone, you will be off to a GREAT start! 3500 calories is a pound, so you will almost be there with just giving up the 3thousand plus calories you just mentioned, that's awesome! good luck and have a good week!

i agree, you are adding muscle, you may want to more reps at a lesser weight so you will tone and not just bulk up! you are doing a good job just keep plugging at it!
