I take cinnamon because it is suppose to boost blood sugar metabolism. As far as helping ( I have been taking it for about 4 months) I don'i know because that is the time I started exercising.....but something is working.....could be both!

you need to ice them for 15-20 a couple times a day and take ibuprofen. when i started out or when i change workouts my knees suffer too. the last time i upped my workout my knees hurt for about 5 weeks, UGH! it was awfull. just be carefull and don't injure yourself more. good luck. oh, i know they say heat is not good for…

I try to stay under my calories for the day and very rarely eat my exercise calories, and it works for me. But everone is different and sometimes you have to play with it to figure out what works best for you!

I cook mine @ 375 for about 15 min. I love love love tilapia and eat it probably 5 x's a week Enjoy! :)

I have had a sinus infection for weeks and I do try to walk ( I have a treadmill, so I'm not out in the weather) and it really helps me to feel better, I haven't been walking as far or as hard but I do TRY to walk some! Good luck and feel better soon!

I have to agree with the other women replying, I did not use to during my TOM, but I do now and it does help so so much. Also I will have NO weight gain. And yes cramps are quite a bit better, and I don't feel so tired. Good luck with what ever you decide. Hope this has helped!

I use to talk myself out of working out all the time. now I am like you and don't feel right if I don't do it. Funny now we talk ourselves into it. Good job girlie!

Kashi TLC granola....7 grain, honey with whole grain oats....and no high fructos corn syrup! There are 2 bars in the pack and that is 1 serving....but I usually eat just one bar and that is 85 cals. MMMMMM GOOD! And I eat an apple everyday too!

I bought my first treadmill a couple months ago and I love it, I didn't get the most expensive or the cheapest, I went middle of the road....now I really want and elliptical, cause it burns alot of calories. But you always need to walk (everyday). good luck and shop around and do some research!

I turn mine off as soon as I stop my work out, that being said, I try to cool down the last minute or two of my work out....hope this helps!

you really have to ease into exercise when you first start out.....i know from experience! you may want to take a day of rest and mayby lift some light weight hand weights or something. feel better soon and take care!

I do a free day too, and it does not seem to hurt me.But I too have noticed that I wont eat as much of it as I would have before I decided to change my eating habits, and I also walk more after I do it. Also my free day has turned into just a free meal, instead of an all day binge. Good luck and do what's best for YOU!

you also have extra calories you can eat from exercise. it tells you how many extra calories you can have through each days' exercise. try to mix it up. sometimes i lose without eating all my calories and then i'll stall and try to eat more of my alloted calories and then i'll start to lose again. i also mix up my exercise…
