I just finished my first workout yesterday. I have lower back problems, hip problems, and ankle problems. So by run 5 I was dying just a little, but I made it through it. Anyone can add me as a friend on there.

Great goal @sensiblesummer! My goal for the week is to workout 20 minutes a day, 11 glasses a water a day, and to walk at least 5,000 steps a day. My dog hurt her knee on Saturday night, so I need to take care of her at night, so hoping to get this all done before I get home at night. So I can give my husband a break!

Wow, great video. I did it and my arms were killing just a couple minutes into it. But to know 5 minutes can make such a difference is great.

I was excited I got my husband to go to the gym with me today to go lift some weights. So it was nice for us both to get to workout together.

I drank over 8 glasses of water yesterday, I was on a roll. I am going to try to do that at least everyday if I can. I found if I start in the morning in my car on my hour long ride to work I get 3 glasses down by the time I get to work.
