bummed/ depressed. Ate a little too much yesterday bc I was gonna go play hockey. Didnt play bc the ice melted! WTF! Tonight I have plans so no gym again... UGH

Ill have maybe 1 can a week? Usually ill drink juice, lemonade or iced tea.

Ill cardio 1st on non leg days. gets the blood flowing and all my joints loose. If I do weights 1st I can tell im cold and just not giving it my all

That happened to me this past weekend. I ate like a monster all weekend. Weighed myself on monday and almost threw up. Drank a lot of water and put in an extra 60 mins at the gym 1 day. Weighed myself today, lost 4lbs since monday. I didnt eat less for 3 days prior or kill myself at the gym. I just continued with life as…

I had this same thought. I over ate this weekend by a lot and gained 2 1/2lbs so was thinking of eating less the rest of the week. I decided to eat the same as I normally eat but add a 30 minute morning workout to my routine. By the weekend we'll see what happens.
