Thank you so much. Beach season is right around the corner here as well. We have a home at the jersey shore and love to be on the sand. Best of luck to you on the 25 lb journey!!

I think it all depends on how you feel.. There are days I need the extra boost or a small cheat so I will use the extra calories... Other days i'm fine on the 1200 to 1500 that I budget myself... I am very rarely hungry anymore and I am an eater!!!!

I agree with all of the above.. Healthy snacks and smaller meals every few hours should help.... I also find staying active (keeping my mind occupied) helps me.. All the best on achieving your goals!!!
