I get off of the job at 530 so my last meal is at 4-430 and I eat apples everyday Exercise-1hr Strawberries Spinach Watch the sodium/Sugar/gluten/MSG/High fructose corn syrup/Saturated fat No sodas Water Only.... I guess these are the major contributors to my weightloss :.)

Ginger (for muscle soreness) My legs have been very sore lately, even on the days I don't exercise. My friend told me that my soreness stemmed from a lack of potassium. I think i'll try the ginger as well. Thank You!!
