Thank you everybody. I have learned a lot from all of you. It is so great to be part of something that offers so much support. I can't tell you how much this means to me.

I had a hard time giving up my Dr Peppers because of the headaches but I started drinking tea with lemmon. I got the caffien my body wanted with out the sugar. Now I dont even drink tea that often. It has really helped
