I find that my appetite is sometimes triggered by smell and flavors, so since I never crave an apple, if I eat one when I'm "hungry," it changes. Add water and green tea as others have said. Green tea really does help. I should start drinking more myself!!

I just experimented with other calorie calculators, and some that have "ballroom dancing. slow" seem to have the same numbers for a 130 lb person as Just Dance 4. I chose that one for my weight and it bumped up the caloric expenditure a little bit. I'm going to choose that one for Just Dance 4.
