haha my friend just bought a cheap 5 buck hoola hoop at walmart and i just started doing it one day and i can keep it going for a pretty long time so i figured that would be an awesome work out so im gonna do it more often lol I would love to know how much it burns cause i love doing it!

Thanks to all of you. I am only 19 and living basically on my own and going to beauty school. So its hard trying to eat healthy. If i just had someone say hey if you wanna lose this much weight eat this this and this. and do this. It would make it so much easier
