I turn red with the slightest temperature fluctuations and absolutely from working out. Irish. I think a lot of it is the pale complexion

You can use the back arrow by the date in your food diary if you want to log as the day before. :smile:

The only thing that I've found that helps is water, oh, and good stuff for cravings, I amcurrently obsessed with skinny cow, they make these fudgr pops that taste like they should be a millioncalories, but are less than 100. I also don't weigh in if I feel bloated, I'd rather not know that week than get discouraged.

I too discovered bad choices, I was generally fine on calories and fat, but had no idea how ridiculous my sodium intake was.

Congrats on the new kitty! I have two and my favorite trick is spray cat nip. I use it on their scratching post to keep them interested in it.

I'm 5-9 and I am not built to be tiny, wide shoulders, even when I was much smaller, such a long time ago, wide hips. I set my goal weight at 135, as a guesstimate. It's entirely possible, lactose intolerance is like that, most people who can have dairy, at least in substantial quantities come from places where there would have been dairy farms for hundreds of years, I wish I could remember where I picked that up, but I seem to be sufering from CRS lately. That sounds like john, there is actually a glucomate association that claims you can eat tubs of it with no problem and the FDA refuses to do anything!!! It's outrageous

Aww! Thanks for sharing! They do a good job of bribing my hubby too. Everytime he sees pumpkin on the grocery list he asks if Im making my muffins.

I did the math, and if switched to splenda and unsweetened applesauce, the calorie count per muffin is 101!

I got hooked on 5 hour energy when I cut down soda, then I wanted to know why it worked so well for me, and it was all the vitamin b6 and b12, so I gave up 5 hour energy, and started looking for things high in vitamin b. Hope this helps.

Mine was a picture also. It's funny, I have plenty pictures from the same time frame, but in this one, I could see the weight in my face and no longer pretend it was a bad angle. I hardly recognized me.
