My 5yo son is moderately-severely autistic. Now he’s in school full time so I get a bigger window than you do but even then I have to motivate daily. He’s my reason for doing this now. I’m his voice and I plan to stick around as long as possible. Feel free to add me if you’d like to.

I’m not up to cross fit yet, but working on it. Currently I’m doing 21 day fix. So 30 minutes every day for 21 days. Planning a rest day after then hoping to do another program. Add me if you’d like.

I weigh food too, it really does help. The last time i plateaued I looked at fat, sugar and sodium rather than my calories and discovered my sodium was crazy high. Cut that and started losing again.

My husband makes kimchi for me it’s a favorite. What kind of work outs did you do? Possibly changing that up would help? I know I plateau if I don’t keep an eye on my sodium. Also seem to need to change things up every 15 lbs or so.

We buy and freeze boneless chicken breast when its on sale, there are tons of things you can do with it. It picks up flavors nicely so you can bake it or stuff it with nearly anything.

I started 30DS in Februaury and do need to get back on the ball with it, the only thing you need is a set of light dumbells. Even after one session I could feel it. Welcome to mfp. Its a great site.

My mother in law uses sugar free syrups for flavor, there are some yummy ones out there. I should start doing that myself, I'm a coffee junkie
