Recently just moved and my fitness and motivation has taken a big hit would love to have someone to link up with on a daily to help eachother stay on track! Most my workouts i would say are crossfit style wods im open to perhaps a fitness challenge of some sort to.Hmu with a request if you would be down :)

    I’m not up to cross fit yet, but working on it. Currently I’m doing 21 day fix. So 30 minutes every day for 21 days. Planning a rest day after then hoping to do another program. Add me if you’d like.
