Yeah, I was looking for a challenge to join. I have gotten off track a little since my Dad has been in ICU for the past three weeks. Ready to focus on me again for a while. Think I will be a little conservative and aim for a 15 pound loss by June 10th.

I started eating better yesterday...it was the first day that I had ZERO sweets in a long time (I don't even remember the last time that happened). Also, I weighed myself last night before bed and was higher than I have ever been before. Looks like it was all just water weight because I lost 2.8 pounds when I hopped on this morning!

OK, lets go! This will really help me focus on being where I want for summer. Had a very rough patch recently which hasn't helped as I've been straight back in the biscuit barrel for comfort after my Step-Dad had a heart attack, reached for the ice-cream while my dad was having a messy break up from his long term partner and the peanut butter took a battering when my cat got pancreatitus! ERK! It has totaly proved food is not my friend and I'm more determinded than ever to kick those old habits and make news ones by getting enthused about exercise and yummy fruit and veg, yeah!
