    Newmeat30, its funny because my weight is the same as yours :) And my goal is the same as yours too! So im just gonna copy it!! Haha. I just cant weigh myself everyday cause I dont have a scale that works :) So I have to wait till tuesdays till I can weigh myself again. But I know the last time it was 144 lbs (1,5 week ago).
