  • Back on it today - day 12 and day 2 of L2. Really struggle with those twists in the last ab section so hae decided to just do double crunches instead as I end up stopping so often during the twists that I feel I'd be better doing something I can do for the full minute than something I can only do for 20-30 seconds.…
  • I missed today oops. Had my nieces naming ceremony and my little one is still up crying and I just don't have the energy to be doing it at 9pm. Back on it tomorrow! God I ache today.
  • Decided just to go for level 2 today as I'm bored of level 1. I am now gasping and choking and lying on the floor comatosed. I'd better be effing ripped at the end of this!!!
  • Day 9 here and weigh in day. Have lost 2.5lbs since last weigh in 6 days ago yay. Will do measurements tomorrow. X
  • On day 8 of level 1. Starting to find it easier, especially the cardio. Just disappointed as I don't seem to be seeing the results I did the first time and I'm doing it every day this time and at higher impact b I wonder if my tummy was still shrinking anyway from having my baby whereas this time it's just fat :-(
  • I don't bother counting the reps. I just try and do as many as I can in the time given. I find as the days go on im finding it easier to I'm doin more reps. I wouldn't get hung up on how many times you do it, just that you're exercising for te time period. X
  • Don't focus on losing pounds doing this as you will build muscle and that weighs more than fat, so you may actually gain weight. Measure you waist, hips, arms and thighs to get a true reflection of how your body is changing. Xx
  • It was over a period of around 5 weeks sorry but I only did 14 days of the shred in that 5 weeks. It's probably partly my waist coming down from having a baby too, I started the shred at 8 weeks post baby and took those after shred measurements and photos at 13 weeks post baby. I maintain that the shred really helped…
  • I am ACHING today. I'm going to try and get today's out of the way early and then have a nice hot bath while hubby takes our daughter to his mum's. I have my niece's naming ceremony next Sunday and feeling horrible so hoping I'll see/feel the effects a bit by then as I should be on day 12 by then. X
