  • Mine is similar to Elizabeth's. Lack of Motivation + Distraction = Giving Up Too Soon. But I have only fallen off the wagon twice (and only a little bit) in the month I joined, so I consider that a victory.

  • My car died a year ago and I have been walking, biking, and using public transportation ever since. It has helped get some additional exercise, just running necessary errands. We are on top of a fairly steep hill and it is a workout just to come home! It's good that you are thinking positively about the situation. :)
