I am in. Tore my MCL in July, and I just finished PT in July. This will be a good challenge for me to keep my self on track. Can't wait to see how well we all do!

I am 5'10". Just recently hit my all my time high of 254. Have made it down to 250 in the past two weeks. I have several goals. First is to get down to 220 -- that is the weight I have been at for a long time. Once I get there and maintain, I would really like to get down to about 170-180. I was pretty darn thin at that…
