By the way, hip dysplasia basically means my hips pop out of the socket and causes great pain.

That's how it always happens for me, I never lose a little bit, I stay the same forever then BAM I'm down 4lbs in a two days.

Water weight, if you haven’t been able to hold anything down your probably dehydrated and your body's holding onto everything it can right now. Drink tons of water, maybe some hot lemon water and you should see a drop in a couple days!

The other sad part is my friend gave me her fat clothes from before she lost weight and they are all a size to small for me as well, 30lbs down and I'm bigger then she was at her heaviest :-( On the bright side when I'm down to the next size I’ll have more clothes then I'll know what to do with!

I am! I wasn't on here much last week and I felt like I went off my diet(even though I didn't) sometimes I wonder if it's a good or bad thing, keeps me focused but I can't be obsessed forever right? At some point I'm going to have to survive on my own.

I was eating 1200 and not eating back my exercise calories, when I stoped losing for almost a month I decided to up my calories to 1400 and I lost a lot right away. I had to stop the 30 day shred as my hips couldn't take it so I walk my dog as exercise almost every day now. I haven't been feeling well this week though so…

Hot lemon water, it keeps me from snacking though the day and REALLY helps wiht water retention. I have about 4 - 5 mugs a day.

I don't watch it at all, I make sure I eat whole grains but I don't really view carbs as a bad thing I have to watch like I do fat. I count calories, watch sodium but that's about it.

Air pop some popcorn the night before and bring some in to work wiht you, premeasured. Ver low cal and you could snack on a couple of cups of it all afternoon!

I'm right there with you! The one thing that keeps me from indulging is knowing that I want to be in the best health I can be when I finally am pregnant. I kind of look at it as another month to lose more weight before I start gaining it!
