  • Only tip I have is to keep pushing on when you think it's not working!! It's coming off a lot slower then I thought it would but I had to just sit back and accept that something is better then nothing.

  • Definitly do your research but I had no problems with energy and the nutrients from the juice are enough for a couple of days. I read a lot about juice fasting before I did it though and I would suggest you do the same! We eat way more then we need to these days and our body actually benefits from taking a break from it…

  • MY suggestion is not to use any store bought product, it's a waste of money. Try a juice fast for a couple of days,it always works for me, just make sure you use actual fruit juice (like the ones in the fruit aisle that are pureed fruit not proceed crap, or use a juicer and make your own).   • I did atkins for a few weeks once and it made my stomach hurt so bad I had to stop, I find men do really well on it but women not so much.
  • Even at my skinniest(142lbs) I was still a 38DDD no matter how much I lost it was still there, sorry to say it doesn't always go from there! I had a reduction from a 40H down to a 40 DD, best thing I have EVER done!

  • I have really bad insomnia as well, try taking melitonin. On a good night I get 6.5 hours and on a bad night about 2 hours. But fridays is my day to make it all up(I'm off work then) and I get around 9 or 10 hours, it helps me gt throught the rest o f the week knowing I'll get a good nights sleep at lest one night!

  • I pre plan, I enter my calrories the day before or the morning of, that way I can make sure everything I want to eat fits into my calories for the day. I usually leave a hundreed or two incase I get the urge for a snack I wasn't counting on or incase I want a littel extra of somethign throughout the day.

  • I eat dinner every night after 8pm and I'm still losing! Do I think it would be better to eat earlier? Probably, but my schedule is what it is so I’m not going to fret too much over it

  • Why not try working out at home while he's naping? There are some great cheap workout DVD's you could try like the 30 day Shred, biggest loser last chance workout, that way your getting your workout in earlier in the day and you might be able to fall asleep earlier!

  • Personally I just feel better after ground turkey then I do ground beef. It tastes lighter and lately after I eat beef I get a tummy ache.
  • I went shopping for a dress yesterday and was dreading it, I ended up having to send the girlt that work there back to get me smaller sizes in everythign I tried on! I found a dress I loved(for my wedding shower) and when I got home my finace commented on how happy I looked :-)
