OK so I have just relaized with this info I have been severly underestimating my calorie intake, I have pasta like 3 to 4 times a week! Maybe this is why I have stalled in my weight loss, I haven't been eating enough!

If this is true you just changed my world, I've been counting 1 cup as 8 oz, so when I have pasta it's crazy calories for me (but I have it anyways because I can't live without my whole wheat pnne)

For snacks I can suggest air popped popcorn in a ziplock baggie, I did this on a road trip and it went over huge!

Do know what the sad part is?? I'm shocked the average Canadian woman weighs that little, I would have though more like 170.

Thanks so much, your right I'm feeling discuraged and a little helpless at the moment. A lot of resturants inject thier chiken with fat to make it juicy and give it flavour. I've read a lot of things that tell you you should always order beef(steak) when out because they are less likely to add oils or butter when preparing it.

When I have no time for diner instead of picking up fast food(which takes at lest 10 minutes) I hard boil a couple of eggs and have chopped eggs in a glass and a piece of whole wheat toast. Done in 7 minutes and the protien keeps me full!

I watched it and wondered why all the girls were always crying!! Plus I hate to say I was comparing my height and weight to everyone trying to see how big I really look..... I think the reason these women haven't found love have nothing to do with thier size, they were all emotional messes!!!!

Really?? I could eat breakfast foods every meal of the day!! Love love love them! No reason you have to eat a certin type of food at any given time of the day though, you can have a steak for breakfast if that's what you like.....
