Got my 1st in 2006 for my 30th birthday, my 2nd in 2011. Since I'll be 40 next month, I figure I may as well stick with the pattern and get a 3rd soon.

I want to go back to sleep, but since I can't do that, I want doughnuts.

Black & grey Claddaugh, with "family, friends, love, & loyalty" across the top of it.

I always take a personal day on my birthday (when it falls on a weekday), and that lets me sleep in AND get a run in relatively early. So I'm just agreeing with everyone that's already said to do whatever makes you happy that day.

Growing up, we always gave up baked goods. Once I grew up & went out on my own, I stopped. I think it'd be an even bigger sacrifice now to give up cookies or brownies for Lent now than back then. Or maybe Netflix.

I usually have them with breakfast, and at times I'll add some (packaged & pasteurized) to protein shakes just for a little extra liquid/protein.

Nope, just another day.

In November 2012, I ended up in the ER twice. The 1st time was after a severe allergic reaction, but the 2nd woke me up. Had horrible abdominal pain on Thanksgiving, vomiting blood. ER was giving me pain killers, taking x-rays, CT scans, MRIs, even an ultra sound. They knew immediately that my gall bladder was infected &…

If you've been working hard, and you're doing what you feel you need to do, there's no need to worry about the scale. Keep the big picture in mind.

I've been dealing with depression for years. I know this is probably cliche, but exercising regularly helps keep it at bay. I had minor surgery back in April and couldn't work out for about two weeks after, and just hit a huge low. Once I was able to get back running, I started to climb out of it. I've also found that…

I've been loyal to Nike for most of my life, and they've always fit the best & felt the most comfortable. I've also worn Asics and like those, to.

I log my multivitamin. Just scan the barcode, let MFP find it, and log it with whatever meal you take it with. Personally, I like seeing how I'm doing with vitamins, calcium, iron, etc.

You look GREAT! Congrats on the weight loss and getting back to better health. I wish I had some strength training advice for you, but diet & cardio has worked for me, and that's what I've stuck with. Either way, keep it up!

@koosorlose--Current pic, hard to resist that great smile!

@Christizzzle What you're using, since I can't see the others :o)

For me, it never gets old--it's always been in a complimentary way. I spent far too long over-weight, and I've put in a lot of work the past 16 months to get it off & keep it off. I will take every comment about my weight loss as a huge compliment.

I'm going with legs

That's what I did. Minus the cupcakes, though. Cupcakes would have been nice.

Recently went through this. Wasn't ready to cut the person out completely, so I deactived my FB to avoid the temptation of checking up on her (I'll go back, eventually). Also have a good group of friends who I can lean on when I need it. It just takes time, so do keep doing what you'd do on any given day, and if…

38 as of a month ago, and close to reaching my final goals (although not as close as I'd like!).

Awesome! Congrats & keep up the great work!

I knew I needed to lose weight, but it wasn't until November 2012 that I made the decision. While eating Thanksgiving dinner, I got this horrible shooting pain across my abdomen, ran into the bathroom, and started puking. There was an awful lot of blood mixed in and it kind of freaked me out. The pain didn't go away, even…
