When I lose more weight I reward myself by losing more weight. If I lose enough to where I need new clothes then I don't see new clothes as a reward. So for me the best thing to do is keep going. :) Now if I make my big goal then there will be a tattoo in the future for that one. But I have plenty of time to plan my tattoo…

I post pictures of Dinner's that I make. It gets my friends asking what the recipe is and such. If it gets my friends and family trying new things and getting healthier stuffs in the process I don't see why it should bother anyone. :/ Besides....if they don't like it. They don't have to look.

This thread makes me happy. I see no point in "Cheat days". I have no need for cheat days because I can eat all my fave stuffs whenever I want. TV! With the TV on and me catching a Marathon of Law and Order SVU or NCIS I'm good for the next two hours on walking XD With music and on the treadmill I can MAYBE do 45 min at the most. But if there is no tv or music. I'm lucky if I can do 20 with out wanting to go crazy. lol

Steam it first for about 10-15 min (I steam it with my green beans) Then I heat up some Oil in a pan and toss some garlic in and then I add the asparagus and green beans and I saute them all together for a few min and right before they're finished I sprinkle them with salt and then DIG IN!
