  • Doing well, a couple of moments I would like to go back and change, but overall I'm doing ok. Just completed the hardest CrossFit workout I have ever done. Feels pretty awesome. Not sure I will be able to walk, sit down or get back up tomorrow, but right now, feeling empowered.

  • I'm in! Question, I have just started Cross Fit, but also have P90. Can I do three days of Cross Fit instead? Would you also describe the hybrid? I am running on my off days too. Excited!
