I'm sorry, but I asked for motivation and advice. Not people belittling me for being depressed (not sad, there's a difference) and lazy. I don't feel any more compelled to work out after hearing that I need to stop whining.

I want to stop eating meat for moral reasons. I don't like eating animals. I only do so now because I feel like I wouldn't have much else to eat. Thanks for all the input, everyone! I'm just going to start counting my calories again, as Ainar said, and I'll try a new fruit or veggie every so often. Thanks, Travis.

Thanks everyone! I actually was going somewhere, so I made the post in a rush. I ended up leaving some things out. I DID go to the gym previously. I used the treadmill or other cardio machines for 30 minutes and then lifted weights for another 30. I think I'm going to be increasing each by another thirty minutes today. And…

110 Lbs seems a little underweight for someone who is 5"9', but I'm not an expert in weight health, so I don't really know for sure. I would love to live in Japan. I'd love to find a love of my life here in America, eventually move off to Japan and live in Tokyo or Shibuya, some big city.
