People at award shows that clap during the In Memoriam. Biggest pet peeve ever! Just be silent. We don't need to hear your claps. What are the claps for anyway? Never understood why people clap during that part. And I always feel bad for that behind the scenes producer that they show and he/she gets little to no claps. smh

29 or so for like! Oatmeal is great. I like mine with either blueberries or bananas. And i always make it with milk. It's so yummy. :)

I just started this program 2 weeks ago and I love it. I run every other day. I just completed W3D1 earlier today... I felt like W3D1 would be tough (jogging 3 minutes straight) but it wasn't. Just make sure not to jog too fast. If you're able to complete all of the intervals required in the workout then I think you can…
