good for you! to have lost all the baby weight in 3 months is amazing! btw I so could not figure out how to breast feed laying down. Had to get up, get my boppy, sit in a chair- it was a process!

How old is your new baby? I lost the baby weight REALLY slowly (probably about .3lbs/week lol) until I was done breast feeding. I know some women who drop weight like crazy when they breast feed but my body held on to every last ounce. I was back to pre-baby weight right around each of their first birthdays and then lost…

thanks! glad I'm not the only one. I do however log mowing the grass since it's a once a week activity with a push mower (no power assist) with a little bit of hills thrown in :-)

I make my breakfast and lunch on weekdays the night before so it's all ready to go. I LOVE peanutbutter so I sometimes have PB on WW rye bread and an apple. (takes me back to my school lunches, and keeps me pretty full)

managed to do 10 real push ups today! and Ive upped the weights as well. I think I'm going to wait until we're done the 30 days tho to take measurements. If I havent lost I dont want to get discouraged and give up :-) Have to be honest, started getting bored so I did level one of RI30 yesterday and I was hurting today!…

I love how you've tracked each problem and found a plan of attack for each! I've learned that I hurt myself after dinner with snacking/ wanting my sweet treat. Still working on my action plan for that one! I do agree with other posters about the calorie intake. great start tho!

ok, here's some suggestions based on yesterday's diary. Please dont take this as being critical, I'm really trying to help breakfast- instead of 4 whole eggs, try 3 egg whites and one whole egg. same protein but less fat, will still taste good b/c of the 1 yolk (you'll see if you look at my diary that I do half a yolk b/c…

I'm a picky eater too, so for me those meal plans usually dont work- I dont want to eat Tuna every day for lunch and grilled chicken for dinner (totally a generalization!) I'm going to sneak a peak at your diary, maybe you can tweak what you already eat into a healthier verson.

YES!

Seasonique- TOM is once every 3 months. I was a little nervous at first but I LOVE IT! no hormone fluctuations like on previous BCPs, it's same dose everyday for 3 months then one week off. have a day or two of the usual bloat and wt gain associated with TOM but since it's every 3 months i can deal with it. I did take a…

pizza is my downfall! I could eat an entire pie no problem and not be full and once Ive started I cant stop. So I dont eat it. OR I plan ahead and save my calories and I order a pap johns small veggie (pineapple, grn peppers, onions and tomatoes) light on the cheese (going to try no cheese next time!) and I just eat the…

^^^THIS^^^ ETA: I'm really just agreeing with the last part- not sure how to "quote" only a part what someone else said. I'm sure your intentions are good here and you both want her to be healthy and happy. I do agree with others in that she isnt giving it enough time. Here's what worked for me, take it for what it's…

incredible! you look great!

be prepared for a weight gain at first, dont freak out as your body readjusts, it's ok, it will come back off. I also agree with OP who said to see another dr. We dont gain weight like that for no reason. If PCP cant figure it out ask to see an endocrinologist. and keep asking questions until they figure out what's going…

wow! I'm proud of you too! Just the description had my mouth watering, I cant imagine being able to SMELL them too

I agree! It's hard to fit everything into one day! So often I wish I could clone myself lol. If youre worried about waking up your husband has he ever tried earplugs? and an eye mask? silly I know but I cant sleep unless it's totally silent and pitch black. So whenever I travel or sleep anywhere strange I have my trusty…

yesterday I worked 6-2, then volunteered at my son's school so I knew I wouldnt have time in the afternoon to work out. Got up at 4:30 and did a wrok out video- 30 day shred. It's hard to fit it in sometimes- if you know your schedule ahead of time can you note it on a calendar then maybe do bigger workouts on days you…

I can really see a difference around your face and your hips! great job!!!

i agree- my evening/after dinner snacking seems to be mostly habit- often I'm not even really hungry, just want something to munch on. sometimes i can just drink water and not snack at all, sometimes replacing something i love (microwave popcorn) with an alternative (air popped popcorn) is enough, sometimes if I'm really…

you look like a totally different person, great job!

I'm a sugar addict- love sweets. that being said I have found that at least part of my need for an after dinner treat is habit. my mind and body are used to having that sweet treat after dinner so trying to resist is tough, but if I can resist for a few days my cravings for it lessen and I get used to not eating after…

glad to hear I'm not alone!

Just a warning- I gain at first whenever I start exercising- especially when I lift weights if I havent for a while. It can be really discouraging but in the end it's worth it. I love how much better I look when more toned- I'd rather be a little heavier and have more muscle (not talking body builder muscle lol) than be…
