thanks for this post! I too am considering going back to online dating in the very near future. I did it briefly about a year and a half ago (one date!) and really liked it, it was just very time consuming (kind of like the MFP message boards lol). My date was very nice, we met in a public place, I told my family and…

We are having an 80's theme day at work on Thursday. One of my staff members was born in 1988! She barely lived in the 80's! How can possibly know how to dress like we did "back then"?!?! Can I borrow it, just for one day?

I agree, you are with in your healthy weight range for your height. you could try something like P90x if you are into working out at home. Great job with the weight loss and being more healthy! You look great!

Glad to hear it! I'm taking another day off, not feeling well, skipping my friend's cookout  hopefully I'm back to normal tomorrow

personally I like Ripped in 30 a little better, BUT that's b/c I get bored easily and going 10 days with the same routine got to me. 30 has 4 levels, one for each week, 30DS has only 3 levels so 10 days of each. (I'm on level 2 of 30DS now) about 5 days in to level 1 I decided to mix it up and do 1 day of level 1 RI30.…

I'm doing 30 DS right now, but every 4 days or so I get bored and swap out for RI30 at the same level. I think RI30 is a little harder but it keeps it fun and then I appreciate going back to 30DS.

 you look awesome! Happy to hear you are taking control of your diabetes rather than letting it control you!

I took the day off yesterday! It was my only day off from work too (worked today and back in tomorrow). Took my 4 yr old to the pool for 4 1/2 hrs and mowed the grass when we got home so I didnt just lay around. But really I think it's ok to take a break sometimes. Listening to your body is a good thing. For me it can be a…

thank you, you've just inspired me to get up off my couch and go wo!rk out ( I REALLY didnt feel like it today, so seriously thank you!)

I did 3 days of it, good burn for me,but really annoying instructors imo, had to stop. on level 2 of 30 DS now, either doing RI30 olr butt bible next. you can find butt bible upper and lower all 3 levels on youtube for free. :-)

you can really see your bicep muscles tho! There are a lot of 50 yr olds (I treat some of them!) who are WAY out of shape, cant see the muscles under the layers of fat and theyre happy to spend the rest of their lives in a wheel chair. more power to ya!

they wouldnt let me on the plane cause of deez guns! great job in one month! you can really see a difference!

all i can say is WOW! incredible job, so impressed. Ive had a few patients post panniculectomy, once you heal up you will really feel amazing! Good luck, cant wait to see future progress pics!

Didnt lose much with level 1 either, but then I've done level one before ( never made it the full 30 days!) and didnt expect to lose much. I do see more muscle in my back and arms but where I really want change is my abs and hips. hoping for a big difference in my before and after pics :-)

you look fantastic! I bet you feel so much better too!

I think its a great idea. Im doing the 30DS challenge but I get bored easily so I threw in a RI30 one day while on level 1 and will probably do it again while on level 2. Mixing it up is a good way to keep your body challenged.

^^this^^ it's the only skin care line that keeps my dry places moisturized while not making me break out. Ive tried everything, Olay, mary Kay, aveno, etc.

I think this is a great idea if you can afford it. My step dad (70 yrs old) signed up for a trainer 2 days a week at the Y and this really motivated him to work out and get in better shape. I have the same problem as you, usually it hits me a little sooner tho, about 3-4 weeks in I bored of whatever I've been doing. Can…

Please please please go see a doctor and then a PT or chiropractor. Your body is trying to tell you something is wrong, please listen to it. It could be anything from a pulled muscle to a slipped disc to a tumor on your kidney (not trying to scare you but back pain, just like any other pain can be really serious!)…

amazing! great job! you look like a different person... I bet you feel like one too

^^THIS^^ LOVE LOVE LOVE my outback. (I literally HUG it from time to time) 2011 so newer body style, doesnt look like a station on anymore. back seats recline, plenty of leg room for my 6' 4" brother. fits 2 car seats well, could squeeze a skinny person in between if needed. without car seats can fit 3 ppl fairly well but…
