  • Most definitely.. And increased sugar cravings, irritability, and increased hunger. It even happens when I go low sugar for 2-3 days and then eat lets say a muffin and donut for breakfast the next day:(
  • There's literally only 2 ways I've found to avoid the munchies. 1. Eat a filling enough meal that you don't want food (always works with a high fat intake) 2. Drink enough that you're either A. Throwing up or B. Passing out
  • Vodka on the rocks.... Or a bit of sugar free redbull added into the mix Also tequila shots
  • The night before I take 1/3 cup chia seeds, add 1/2 cup almond milk, some strawberry or other chopped up fruit pieces and I'm ready to go in the morning! It's like a delicious pudding cup when the seeds absorb the milk :)
  • Criminology!!!
  • have you considered wraps? dempsters has whole wheat or whole grain for 100kcal per wrap then add an eggwhite, mustard, and a few pickle slices OR you can do a slice of turkey breast, mustard, tomato, and bit of lettuce =150kcal so you can make 2 and that leaves me more than satisfied
