Exactly! People I work with don't seem to understand the difference. As a simple way of explaining why I don;t want to eat "work food" I just say no, I'm on a diet. I'm exactly the same! I got to minuet 8 then died.... Or fell over out of breath. We;re just going to have keep at it and do the 8 mins every day until we can get to 9 mins then 10!!

If you loose it slowly, as in 1lb a week, and tone up then you should be fine!

You could of swapped your normal office chair for a excercice ball. It wont make you burn calories but you could tone up a lot using one!

For the skillet you could put your olive oil in a bottle, so that you can mist it over the pan rather then pour alot on. Or you can get low fat cooking sprays?

I've had people on here have ago at me before but if I don;t have time for breakfast or lunch I will tend to have a slimfast. I know it's not protein but it does have lots of nutrients and minerals.

Eat more! You might be loosing weight on that, but you arn't developing mussle! You're starving your self on 450 cals!

I've personally tried the Fibre diet by holland and barret, and while I didn't think they worked in the long term, they gave me a lot of will power. Work on bulking up rather then loosing fat :) Your fat will still go down but you'll look healthier from it.

For some I can get through the DVD, like I can do 1 section in Bollyrobics, but I can not get through the 5 step fat attack by Claire Richards! Just work on it, I get a little further every time!

I think as long as its nothing that can disturb neighbours and other people in your house, then it doesn't matter if you exercise late at night. Maybe try some yoga instead of the 30day shred for today?

I'm having the exact same problem while I'm at work in a fast food place. It's just so easy to pick at the food since theres not a lot there that I can pick at without feeling guilty afterwards.
