Change your profile settings to active if they aren't already and don't count work as exercise. Exercise, to me, is outside of your daily routine (work, cleaning ect..) :)

What I do is when there is the 30 second break during the work out I count my heart rate for the 30 seconds multiply it by 2. Then I take the highest heart rate I got and lowest and average them out. So if my highest was 180 and lowest was 140 my average was 160. I take the 160 and put it in calories burned by heart rate…

I think so for sure! I lost 10 pounds to start with then quit loosing anything for a month or so, I quit taking my bc for 2 months and i lost 5 more pounds after I stopped taking it , didn't change anything with my diet or exercise. I'm getting married NEXT SATURDAY!! I started working out and eating healthier (for the wedding, honeymoon and most importantly for myself to feel better) at the end of December and went from 142 to my current weight as of this morning 122.
