How about trying the 30 Day Shred workout video by Jillian Michaels? It gives me a good workout and I am at the 250lbs mark. It says you could lose up to 20lbs within the 30 days. I am hoping to get down to at least 170lbs again. I remember feeling good about myself when I was at that weight. Currently at 253lbs now after having two beautiful boys. Welcoming anyone who wants to help me in my jurney to add me as a friend.
