Seriously? Could it be that the agenda is to get her to buy it, and hopefully from you? Look, I use the stuff myself and like it. I've considered becoming a seller just for no other reason than to get it cheaper for myself and my husband. But be honest about having an agenda to sell.

I'm not doing a 90 day challenge. I drink it for breakfast as a meal replacement and sometimes when I just plain need more calories and protein in my day. I drink it because it's good and still has nutritional value. The husband started out on it with the one bag, and had it just for breakfast on most days. Then I had our…

From a self-admitted flirt, I'll tell you right now that this is not harmless. I had a co-worker that I flirted with daily, and he flirted back. He was my "work husband," and to this day, we hug each other whenever we bump into each other. The difference between my flirting and your guy's flirting? 1.) My husband didn't…

It doesn't matter what his perspective is, though. If she feels that he's treating her as she describes, she shouldn't be with him anyway.
-
No. He's a douche.

I'm a huge flirt. Huge. I flirt with men and women equally, even though I'm strictly into men. It's just my nature. However, what he's doing? No. That's not flirting. That's being a jerk to you. That's him keeping his options open while keeping you around at the same time. I'd drop him like a bad habit.

I eat things in layers. If it's pizza, I eat the toppings, then the cheese, and then the crust. With cake, I eat the frosting first, then the cake. If it's a layer cake, then I start with the top layer of frosting and work my way down, layer by layer. When I eat my meals, I eat in a circle: a bite of meat, a bite of carb,…

It'll be hard for anyone to give you a great answer about what changes can be made without being able to see your diary. But if your sugar is natural sugar from fruit and not from things like... cookies and processed foods, I wouldn't really sweat it too much.

You look amazing!

I never feel sore after a workout. Yes, I reach failure. And I work out *hard* with a mixture of CLX, Turbo Jam, and Debbie Siebers stretching videos. I do another stretching video at the end of nearly every workout, and I think that helps.

That was my first Beach Body workout. :). I enjoy the workouts, but there's not enough variety and I'd get bored. It's nice if you do a hybrid with the Slim Series and/or the Slim Express. I still do the yoga/stretching videos frequently. In fact, I like Debbie Sievers yoga/stretching videos better than anyone else's.

For the muscle tension related migraines, try stretching workouts and/or visiting a chiropractor. That's helped me through the years. :(. Migraines suck.

Some people love Jillian Michaels. I hate her with a fiery passion and won't do her workouts. Too hard on the knees and too hard on large breasts. My preference is Beach Body workouts, particularly programs by Debbie Siebers and Chalene Johnson.

I have chronic migraines. (Good times!) My neurologist suggested two non-prescription things (along with my prescription cocktail) to help: 100mg of B2 and 100mg of magnesium supplements per day, on top of my multivitamin. It's helping. (I'm very seldom headache free, but my headaches are less intense.) Maybe that could…

According to that site, my BMR is 1440 (100 cal higher than MFP) and my TDEE is 1778, assuming sedentary. If I change my activity level, though, does that mean I stop eating back my exercise calories? That's part of the reason that I have it at sedentary: if I have a lazy day and don't get anything done, I am less likely…

Nope, I feel good when I do it, and have been crabby and miserable on the days I don't get an early morning workout in. As for my macros, I adjusted them to 40/30/30 last weekend and am still trying to figure out what to eat to reach those goals. Unfortunately, I'm a carb junkie. ::blushing: I think I just need to live on…

That's awesome! I'm so glad you lost the weight of your dog and not your actual dog. :-)

The only CLX workouts I do are the weight circuits and the Ab Burner. I do the Ab Burner 3-4 times a week. It gets easier, really. I just had a baby via c-section two months ago, and my abs are destroyed. (I do a Turbo Jam workout almost daily in addition to the CLX weight circuits and Ab Burner, and I've replaced her…

I'm American, but I've lived in the central interior of British Columbia for the last 10 years.

Wow. Smokin hot!

A +/- button would be even better.

So far, I've only had one: I noticed definition in my calves when I was lacing up my workout shoes.

Having been both flat chested and stacked, I have to tell you that I prefer being stacked. ;-) (No, they're natural; I just didn't get boobs until I started having babies.) I was a 36G when I was pregnant with my daughter and went back "down" to a 34F/36E. I live in tank tops and don't even attempt to hide them because,…

1.) If you're going to go over in something, protein is the thing to be over in. 2.) If there's too big of a deficit, you're not fueling your body properly. Without looking at your diary, I don't have any words of wisdom. (I didn't check if it's open; I'm typing with one hand while feeding the baby.) 3.) Eight pounds is…

I'm sure others have already said this, but absolutely. She needs the fat for brain development.

Get the jogging stroller. It makes life so much easier.

Ha. My border collie/husky cross? Amazing. Smart dog. I taught her to sit in 10 minutes at the SPCA before we brought her home. (She was a stray puppy, estimated to be around 13 weeks when we got her.) She's phenomenal on a leash. My chihuahua? Let's just say that he's not exactly the brightest crayon in the box. The…

LOVING the blue and the pink. :-) As for any flaws, I'm too busy looking at your tats to notice any baby damage. Rock 'em. You deserve it.

That's awesome! I love these posts. I keep showing them to my husband (who is about at your starting weight) to encourage him. Keep it up, you're a real inspiration. :-)
