That is fantastic!! I've never been able to do that in my entire life and it's definitely a goal of mine to accomplish (sooner rather than later too)!

Nearly 40 (38 actually) and still no change in size! I still wear a 9/10, and they weren't even TOO tight before I started because the 11/12 pants I had were always too big. They're getting a little big though so I'm hoping within another 10 lbs or so there should be some sort of change. But the way I see it is that Iv'e…

I lost 3 pounds and since I've been averaging 2 lbs for the last few months, I'll take it with pride!

I've seen the documentary, it's great and everyone should watch it! It's on Netflix! I have no real input on juicing other than I don't think I could do it, but yay and good luck to anyone who decides to embark on that journey!

I've made an avocado shake with a little soy milk and a whole lot of truvia. I'd also suggest a little chocolate syrup. It'd be a nice little protein shake out of the norm that doesn't include banana!

Also, here's a link to a youtube video that explains what a "cat vomit" is. Think of the way a cat's body contorts when they're trying to force up a hairball/vomit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCT1AHrjX_k

I know quite a few people that wear their Heart Rate Monitor while doing all sorts of exercises and then just logs them as one big thing at the end of their workout. a HRM will be the most accurate way of knowing how many cals burned from any activity anyway.

It might be your body adjusting to a healthier diet if you had previously eaten a lot more sugar or other unhealthy foods. I'd suggest you up your calories if you are still hungry throughout the day (as long as you're not eating really unhealthy cal dense foods) and make sure to drink a lot of water because that could give…

COLOR ME RAD !!! It's fantastic and very similar to the Color Run, but I've heard from people that have done both that Color Me Rad is better. Also, I did Color Me Rad and it's soooo much fun! I'm actually wearing my shirt today! haha

Your skin is constantly rejuvenating itself and over time it will begin to get tighter. Muscle toning and lotion should also help.

It's definitely a NSV that a lot of people don't think about! My undies have started drooping and I've had to start replacing them all. lol Congrats!!

That's so cool! Congratulations on your accomplishment!

That's fantastic!! Keep up the good work, clearly it's showing fantastic results!!

Wow! That is really interesting! Sort of a reverse psychology type of thing..? Either way, I always go by the belief that I can eat whatever I want, in moderation. I don't say the words "don't eat ___" !

AHH, that's fantastic!!

Oh my goodness, that's crazy! CONGRATS!!

You're looking fabulous! Keep up the good work! I know it's definitely hard to see any progress as you're doing it and it really helps to take pictures and compare (obviously!). You'll get back into the swing of things and this comparison should help kick your booty back into your routine! haha!

You can totally do it! It's actually a lot easier on your joints than something like a treadmill or the stepper. And if anything, just do a few minutes at a time at first and eventually it will become easier. Besides, the majority of your weight loss will be as a result of your eating habits, not your exercise. As you do…

Do it!

I got ELEVEN of them during my first year at University and I used Dr. Scholl's Plantar Wart removal adhesive bandages. They cost about $5 for a pack and because I went through them so quickly, I ended up buying I think three of them total? Anyway, they're great! In the end I had to get the bad ones frozen off by the Dr.,…

OH MY GOODNESS YAY! You're inspiring me that there IS a light at the end of the thigh holes tunnel. Congratulations!!

I'm not sure if it's true or not, but I read somewhere that cellulite can be helped by strength training; the key being that every single muscle is targeted and strengthened.

I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME SEE WHY PEOPLE LOVE DIET COKE SO MUCH. Every single time I taste it, I'm incredibly disappointed and the after taste itself is enough to make me cringe. And even fresh, it still seems flat to me.

Excellent progress!! Keep up your hard work, it's definitely paying off!! :)
