My tongue swells and throat closes. If I pick up an UNpeeled banana, my hand swells. It's a non-negotiable allergy for me, unfortunately. :/

Thank you ladies! I didn't include this in the post, but I actually didn't exercise for the most part. What you put into your body is definitely more important than what you do with it; I spend A LOT of time on the couch! LOL

I believe your head weighs about 10 lbs.. LOL Just make good decisions! Get as close to your goal as possible! And strength training will help shape your body into "looking like" you've lost weight, but you won't technically lose any weight because muscle weighs more than fat. Just food for thought.

1 Egg, 1 slice of toast, 1 slice of turkey bacon. Depending on what you buy it could be as low as 150ish, but I usually make mine with some additional egg whites thrown in and 2 slices of bacon, and some cheese on those eggs and it's about in the mid 300 range, plus coffee.

I've lost 43 pounds and still wear the same jeans as I did a year ago! Granted, they fit SO MUCH BETTER now than they used to, but still. I don't worry so much about the size of my clothes but how I feel in them and how I feel I look in them. :)

^^ This is also a great idea! People in shelters and those that use food banks really do "miss out" on some of the "fun foods" like this. Food for thought.

I'm not sure how low cal you're looking for, but I make this and it's super easy, delicious, and not too heavy. And these portions are not small by any means, so you could probably make it 10 servings if you wanted and cut the cals even more if you wanted, but I enjoy it as what it makes. :) Hope this helps! Maybe because you're gaining muscle and so certain parts of your body are becoming "larger" but more defined? It might also be that you purchased new, smaller clothes that are a bit more snug and they don't notice that you've lost weight but that your clothes fit a little closer?
