I really enjoy sugar free Popsicles. They're 15 calories each an definitely a great cold treat! Oh, and they're delicious. They taste like they're loaded with sugar!

You should be eating your BMR everyday, or at least CLOSE to it. You will lose weight at first eating a low amount of calories, but once you start eating normally again, you'll gain weight again. It sounds crazy, but it really does work. There's a group called "Eat More to Weigh Less" or something like that on here, they…

I suffer from Chronic Bronchitis and I experience an outbreak every 6 months, once in the summer and once in the winter. This summer I AVOIDED it with the use of exercise and a good combo of medicines. I've never exercised while sick before, but this time I did and I overcame it in less than a week, compared to 2-3 weeks…

Officially, I weigh in weekly. Sometimes, if I want to re-motivate myself, I'll sneak in a weigh in sometime throughout the week, but I don't record it regardless of what it says. My weight fluctuates daily, so I try to not look at the scale too often. Edit: Sometimes, I don't even weigh in weekly; sometimes I wait even…

I didn't work out for 3 weeks due to a knee problem. All I did was keep an eye on what I was eating and I actually still lost weight! Granted, not as much as I would had I been working out, but it still keep the scale moving. You don't have to work out to lose weight, but if you feel like you need to keep moving, go for a…

Honestly, 10-100 calories isn't THAT big of a deal to go over by if that includes everything you consume in your day. MFP had/has you set to lose 1 lb per week, and if you go over just a bit, you're still in a calorie deficit, so I'd say you're okay. Now, if you start going over by A LOT every day, then it's time to…

Not tacky! Celebrate your marriage with your family and friends! As well as celebrating your (hopefully doing better) daughter's health!

This is a lifestyle change, not a diet! Sometimes, we eat donuts. It's okay to treat yourself sometimes, because there's no way you're going to be able to keep the weight off if you're super strict on yourself to get the weight off.

From quite a few years of working with children in that age range, I think that a reward system would work well in your situation. Come up with a chart of mini-goals and mini-challenges for her to meet. Let her come up with some things that she would enjoy doing, and you can suggest some things from there. It might also…

What is it that you don't like about breakfast? Is it that you don't like eating soon after waking up? Do you not like breakfast foods? Are you in a rut about what to eat for breakfast? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!

I am an avid supporter of non-breakfast items for breakfast! Other people seem to think it's weird, and at first it might be, but I enjoy it!

I am SO not a morning person, but I usually make a breakfast sandwich 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 slices of low-sodium turkey bacon, 1 large egg, and a slice of thin swiss. If they're on hand I also eat an apple with the sandwich and that keeps me full for quite a while. Total would be somewhere between 300-400…

I drive a 2001 VW New Beetle. It's red and has over 176,000 miles on it, but seeing as it's a diesel and gets FANTASTIC mileage (close to 50MPG in the CITY), I'm planning on keeping it for a looooong time.

I have quite a few motivations, but the two motivations/rewards that are closest to being achieved and realized are these: -To feel fantastic about myself in the clothes that I wear, and to be more confident with myself. -To WOW my boyfriend when I finally see him again in mid-August.

It could be water weight, but when people who have quite a bit to lose begin their weight loss, it's pretty normal to lose that much.

It kind of seems like he's stringing you along until he leaves. Don't stick around with that! If he really wanted to be with you, he'd make an effort!

Stretching when you're sore helps remove the lactic acid from your muscles!! The more you move them and use them, the more the lactic acid is worked out after a workout. (It's pretty much the only thing I ever took away from High School Biology. lol)

If you're craving something, eat it, but in moderation. Weight loss is about a lifestyle change, not a diet!! However, if you're looking for a lighter option, here's what they suggest on their website! Hope it helps :) http://express.dominos.com/pages/lighter-options.jsp

I have a cup with a straw that I bought at Walmart and I just always keep it with me with water in it. Something about sipping out of a straw makes it easy for me, since you're not really thinking of it when you do it. Mine holds 2 cups of water in it, so after I refill it 4 times, I've hit my water mark for the day. Also,…

I've got a blog! I mostly use mine to share my thoughts/feelings/experiences throughout my weight loss, as well as keeping pictures, and record of my progress. http://learningtolivethehealthylife.blogspot.com/ :)

Okay, I'm not going to lie, I'm definitely looking forward to being able to buy something that I feel totally HOTTTTTT in, when I'm okay to wear a bikini (I live literally 10 minutes from a Gulf of Mexico beach in the summertime) and when I don't have to avoid certain stores when shopping because I automatically know that…

Congrats!! I wish I could manage that! Keep up that kind of great work!!

I read somewhere on here once that they're trying to compile enough recipes before they make it public to everyone.
