Try different brands of the greek yogurt. The first one I tried I hated, but others are not bad. My fav - Dannon Oikos I either do the vanilla or the plain and add a bit of honey.

I have a couple of standards.... 1 slice of Ezekiel 4:9 bread and either a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese or 2 tablespoons of sugar-free peanut butter. I love both and feel that they keep me full until lunch! Good luck with your hunt. Some of these ideas sound wonderful!
